Avianna Ponzi Wolfe

A born-and-bred Brooklynite, Avianna spent over 20 years in nyc's hospitality industry, working alongside talented chefs David Burke at River Café, John Schenk at The Monkey Bar and Kurt Gutenbrunner at The Hotel on Rivington.  

 

After five years owning and operating a NY Times recognized green restaurant & catering business, Avianna relocated to her husband's ancestral homeland in Lititz, PA to raise their young daughter.
