Avianna Ponzi Wolfe

A born-and-bred Brooklynite, Avianna spent over 20 years in nyc's hospitality industry, working alongside talented chefs David Burke at River CafĂ©, John Schenk at The Monkey Bar and Kurt Gutenbrunner at The Hotel on Rivington.  


After five years owning and operating a NY Times recognized green restaurant & catering business, Avianna relocated to her husband's ancestral homeland in Lititz, PA to raise their young daughter.
